Game # 1 Katrina Lee - STANFORD- had 8 catches for 155 yards and 2 TD's, one a 90 yarder as clock expired against ALA
Game # 2 Douglas Lo - Western Michigan - Caught a critical first down and capped it with a game deciding touchdown catch Game # 3 Virginia Anderson had a long punt return and ran the ball for 80 yards in total securing a win for the Broncos Game # 4 Aidan Choi single handedly turned the tide for OSU recording the first student athlete INT and converting the 2pt Game # 5 Chloe Newman - USC - made critical play after critical play scoring a TD to seal the victory for her team Game # 6 Owen Yuan - SDSU - caught two touchdowns in the Aztecs first win of the season Game # 7 Helen Yenson - played great defense disrupting the Alabama offense all game and topped it with a tying touchdown Game # 8 Virginia Anderson - STANFORD - scored 2 TD's, one for 80 yards, as the Trees get their first win of the season Game # 9 Kyle Brown - Making big plays on all phases of the game, Kyle Brown was the glue to SDSU's success in the win Game # 10 Justin Kwan - Caught a touchdown and played great defense for WMU in the win. Game # 11 Stella Luanay - played incredible both on defense ( 0 catches allowed, INT) and offense 100 yards and TD Game # 12 Ata Sen - scored twice to give the Broncos command of the YCAA standings Game # 13 Katrina Lee - Caught 5 balls and a TD and played solid defense in the tie with SDSU Game # 14 Ares Terzis - Caught a TD and recorded an INT for the Aztecs in the tie. Game # 15 Ata Sen - ALABAMA - caught 2 TDs and recorded his first INT in the comeback win over WMU Game # 16 Kyle Brown - Had two touchdowns and a clutch last play catch to seal the win for the Trees Game # 17 Ares Terzis - Took advantage of the mismatch and caught all the importance passes to secure a win for Stanford Game # 18 Kyle Brown - Had one of the finest performances on the season, receiving a TD and INT 2, one to the house Game # 19 Chloe Newman - USC - Kept her team alive catching all the balls thrown at her including the 2pt conversion Game # 20 Helen Yenson - Scored on a long TD run and recorded a sack Game # 21 Ata Sen - Scored the game winner, the first TD, and recorded an INT for SDSU in the win. Game # 1 Katrina Lee - STANFORD -scored a 90 yard touchdown as time expired forcing a final play of the game.
Game # 2 Douglas Lo -WMU- caught a touchdown in the back of the end zone for the deciding play. Game # 3 Makena Tom added insult to injury doubling the lead with only a minute to play on a late TD grab Game # 4 Stella Luanay - STANFORD - recorded maybe the finest catch in YCAA history, an 80 yard hail Mary. Game # 5 Ata Sen - ALABAMA - on 3rd and forever, Sen caught an 80 yard touchdown bomb to level the score. Game # 6 Justin Kwan - OSU - recovered a punt fumble #mansgame. Game # 7 Ata Sen - ALABAMA - on 4 and 1, Sen ran a 51 yard touchdown to give his team the lead late in the 3rd quarter. Game # 8 Virginia Anderson - STANFORD - on the first play from scrimmage, Anderson set the tone on an 80 yd. touchdown Game # 9 Ares Tezis - Recording his first INT of the season, Ares Terzis took advantage of a bad pass and turned it into 6 pts. Game # 10 Julian Hsien - Had arguably one of the greatest catches in YCAA history, the TD gave WMU the lead and the win. Game # 11 Stella Launay - Had an amazing jump ball catch over the defender on 4th down for a score. Game # 12 Chloe Newman - brought out the shakes, breaking tackles left and right on way to a long touchdown for WMU Game # 13 Chloe Newman - USC - playing advanced YCAA football, Newman fake rushed and dropped into covered for a INT Game # 14 Stella Launay - Made another master piece catch, hauling in a 60 yard bomb in stride. Game # 15 Kyle Brown - WMU - ran a post perfect route and added the YAC yards on for the score! Game # 16 Anthea Chan - Making her YCAA presence felt, Anthea caught the first touchdown of her career. Game # 17 Ata Sen - with Aztecs trying to get it going on offense, Sen's INT shut down all hopes for a comeback Game # 18 Kyle Brown - had a pick 6 that sealed the win for the Tide. Game # 19 Katrina Lee - With time running out, Katrina Lee took a reverse 80 yards to tie the game as time expired. Game # 20 Helen Yenson - took a a screen for a long TD that sealed it for Western Michigan Game # 21 Julian Hsien - down a score, USC went to Hsien who recorded a beautiful catch in the back of the end zone. Game # 22 Aidan Choi -ALA - had an amazing catch in run TD in the win. Game # 23 Kyle Brown - WMU - recorded an amazing over the top catch which aided in the victory Game # 24 Chloe Newman - scored the final touchdown of the YFL season for the championship win. |

Sept. 8, 2014 - If you love sports and want to be around them all the time when you grow up, one cool way to do this is to become a sports journalist. Now is your opportunity to get started right here with the YFL. If you want to earn $$$$MINECRAFT BUCKS!!$$$$ and get your work published on the YFL site, write an article about the games each week. Be sure to include names of the players and to recap all the most important events. Stop by Mr. Cobbs's room if you have any questions. Anyone can participate. If multiple articles are turned in, then I will choose the best one to be posted. Each article that is written will earn you $3 Mine Craft bucks. The stories are due the DAY AFTER THE GAME. People want to read about timely news events. Just write your story in an email and send it to [email protected]. Good luck guys and remember, anyone can enter even if you don't play in the YFL.
